Metal + Tech 2019 Successfully Rounded Off

Co-organized by Deutsche Messe AG, Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai Ltd., Donghao Lansheng Group and Guangzhou Xuanhua Exhibition Co., Ltd., Metal + Tech 2019 successfully drew the curtain at Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center on November 23. The four-day exhibition attracted nearly 100 well-known companies from home and abroad, with a display area of 20,000 sqm. Over 30 buyer groups and 7,600 trade visitors in total attended the exhibition.

Dedicated to the Guangzhou-Foshan Market for industrial development
As an important manufacturing base in China, Foshan has accumulated a number of featured and dominant industries with high market share, such as ceramic machinery, woodworking machinery, plastic machinery, textile machinery, glass machinery, printing and packaging machinery and medical equipment. Therefore, the equipment manufacturing industry has become the first pillar industry in Foshan. With the long-term development of metal processing industry, it further stimulates the demand for sheet metal parts in Foshan.

As the first professional international sheet metal exhibition in Guangzhou-Foshan region, Metal + Tech is committed to building a professional and one-stop platform with specialized segments for high-end trade exchange among the local sheet metal enterprises. The show organizer also reached a cooperation with Lecong Steel World and other local metal integrated industrial zones to set up a finished/semi-finished product themed show area onsite. This year's exhibition gathered over 100 well-known enterprises from raw materials to sheet metal processing alongside the industry chain, including HSG, Bodor, DNE, Han’s Laser, Accurpress, Hymson, Smart Prima, Han’s Songu, LVD, Deratech, LFK, GN Laser, Xintian, Herolaser, Einuo, EKO, Shinetek, Precitec, Empower, Haiji, Rivet, Rate, Hengguang.

Among them, HSG Laser, the leading intelligent laser equipment enterprise in Foshan, made its debut with its TX65 intelligent composite pipe laser processing center just launched at the Metalworking and CNC Machine Tool Show (MWCS) in September, whose booth was crowded full of visitors. The whole intelligent pipe processing center has truly realized unmanned duty, from raw material sorting to the directly available final products, which fills a gap in the Chinese pipe processing market. Yu Hongbiao, Deputy General Manager of HSG, expressed that “This is our first time to attend the Metal + Tech, but good effect was achieved and our expected goals were met. Both visiting enterprises and customers asked very professional questions, which reflects the professional development of metal sheet industry. ”

Accurpress also showed its compound CNC punching laser machine for the first time in South China, which perfectly combines the advantages of punch and laser machine, enabling flexible and variable profile, smooth and flat cutting section, fast, economical and standard profile of punching. DNE Laser displayed its D-FAST series fiber laser cutting machine, which can control the mechanical system through powerful computer numerical control software to realize automatic, fine and fast cutting of metal materials. The automatic laser pipe cutting machine presented by Han's songu adopts FSCUT3000S CNC system, integrating a special function module for laser cutting control and designed with robust and user-friendly functions.

Exchange on Future Development at Professional Forums
The HSG Laser Economic Forum held on the first day discussed hot issues such as Sino-US relations, high-quality development of manufacturing industry, in combination of high-end equipment manufacturing cases. At Foshan Sheet Metal Market Fair 2019, the senior specialists from IPG, Precitec and LVD shared their unique insights into laser, metal machining and sheet processing. Machinery manufacturing, household appliances, kitchen and bathroom, stainless steel products, elevator manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, chassis cabinet and other high-quality sheet metal processing manufacturers gathered and negotiated in a feverish atmosphere. In addition, the exhibition attracted 1,260 visitors from over 30 buyer groups.
